Are you a tech enthusiast who enjoys explaining how complex technology works in easy-to-understand language? Kamartekno is looking for a strong Sales Engineer to bridge our technology solutions with real-world customer needs.
Main Qualifications (Requirements):
- Education: Open to all degrees, as long as you have a passion for selling and can sell kamartekno products.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant (preferably in the IT/Technology industry).
- Technical Skills: * Understand the concepts and methods of selling kamartekno products, such as ERP, CRM, LMS, ISO, and other IT-related products.
- Able to conduct technical product demos fluently.
- Able to design technical proposals and prepare Bills of Materials (BoM).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Indonesian and English (at least passive). You must be comfortable presenting to a board of directors (C-level).
- Problem Solver: Have an instinct for listening to client complaints and transforming them into efficient technical solutions.
- Mobility: Willing to travel on business to meet with clients when necessary.
Added Value (Nice to Have):
- Professional certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, or other technical certifications).
- Extensive networking in the relevant industry.
- Understanding of the latest technology trends such as AI, Data Analytics, or IoT.
